Description: This tract of land is the proposed future phase development land to be developed into residential lots along with potential commercial development at the intersection of Uhl Road and Proposed Loop 9. Phase I was developed into 175 lots by Spring Haven Investment. The builders for Phase I were Ryland, David Weekly and First Texas. There are approximately 6 developed lots remaining in Phase I which are under contract to First Texas Homes who continues to build Magnolia Farms and is actively building in the Harmony Community east of Magnolia Farms.
