Senior Vice President of Investment Sales
Larry R. Gorzycki presently serves as Senior Vice President for James M. Brown Partners, Inc. specializing in investment sales with experience in the underwriting, marketing, sales negotiation, transaction execution, escrow management, loan package preparation and closing of commercial and multi-family properties throughout the Northern Texas and Dallas-Fort Worth area.
With over thirty years experience, Gorzycki has successfully closed transactions that include single and multiple asset sales, loan assumptions, promissory note transactions, foreclosure sales and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Additional services include asset and property management for commercial real estate that included a specific oversight assignment for the abatement, demolition, turf stabilization and SWPPP closeout of eight industrial warehouse buildings in Dallas, Texas.
Gorzycki is a licensed member of Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Gorzycki earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University in 1976. Personal interests include playing golf and charitable volunteer work highlighted by Meals on Wheels volunteer since 1991 for the Dallas division of Visiting Nurses Association.
